２．目的

DateTimePicker は、日時指定するためのコントロールです。

４．使い方

使い方
（１）　ツールボックスからドラッグアンドドロップして貼り付けます。これ自体は問題ないでしょう。
（２） DateTimePicker のプロパティで見た目を変更することができます。
必要に応じて、調整すればＯＫ！
（３）　セットした値は、DateTime 型で Value プロパティに格納されます。

あとは、DateTime クラスのメソッドで、整形処理ができます。
次の例は、Short Date フォーマットでTextBoxに書き込む例です。

this.textBox1.Text = selectedDateTime.ToLongDateString();

５．Long Format と Short Format の注意

Long Format と Short Format は、コントロールパネルの　『地域と言語オプション』　で設定しているフォーマットです。
このため、Visual Studio のデザイナーで日時の表示する幅を調整して、ちょうど収まるようにしておいても、
コントロールパネルで変更した場合に、収まらなくなる場合がありますので、注意が必要です。

『コントロールパネル』⇒『地域と言語オプション』

『コントロールパネル』⇒『地域と言語オプション』⇒『カスタマイズ』ボタン⇒『日付』タブで、
短い形式、長い形式がありますが、ここでフォーマットが決まります。
